Who we are

Dave and Shelli Morris have been building and operating iconic bars in Utah since the turn of the century! Dave’s hospitality career started in Texas when he built Club Ozone in 1993. He was only 23 and fresh out of the Army. In Utah, he and his wife built Piper Down, Ego’s, Funk’n Dive, Harp and Hound, Icehaus and Handle Bar. We have most recently worked with Lotus Hospitality to build Citizen’s Cocktail and Kitchen while helping to turn their Ogden Beer Company into the success it is now.
